Some scenes when the characters are rescuing magical creatures are action-packed and suspenseful. For example, the characters take wild rides on the clouds that result in falling and dangling from a skyscraper. No one is hurt.

Parents Need to Know
Parents need to know that Abominable and the Invisible City is a spin-off of the movie Abominable. In it, characters Yi (Chloe Bennet), Jin, and Peng return to help the magical creatures that inhabit their city, with the assistance of their yeti friend, Everest. The show features suspenseful action scenes that may be a bit overwhelming for younger viewers. The setting is modern-day Shanghai, and elements of Chinese culture are on display. For example, Yi's mom and grandmother are reopening a family dumpling shop, and Chinese words and phrases are sprinkled throughout the show.

Entertaining series for everyone!
Awesome family series! Every member of the family enjoyed this series. It’s a continuation of the adventures from the Abominable movie, but even better because the other characters actually play a role in each adventure. Very entertaining stories, no bad language or other nonsense that we are constantly screening for nowadays. In addition, the kids are loving the violin now and asking to hear more classical music. Both our 5 year old and 8 year old are also learning about another culture and enjoying the diversity in this series! I hope they keep going for more seasons.

What's the Story?
Abominable and the Invisible City picks up where the movie Abominable left off. After helping her yeti friend, Everest, return to the Himalayas, Yi feels it is her destiny to help magical creatures. Along with her friends Jin and Peng, she realizes that there is a world of magical creatures right in her own city in need of help. Everest returns to assist the group as they take on mission after mission to help those who need them. Who will they help? What will they learn along the way?
